We are happy to invite you to the last webinar of a series of three webinars on the topic of “Meet your future – Tools to navigate the future of youth work”.
The webinars, based on the Futures Toolbox and the Futures of Youth Work research are 2-hour long interactive online sessions where you have the chance to “taste” a bit of the tools and explore, together with other colleagues from different parts of Europe, how you can start future-related reflections in your context (your team, youth organisation, or youth worker community).
The second webinar: “Dealing with change”, will happen on the 12 of February 2026 from 10.00 – 12.00 CET.
This webinar will focus on the topic of change and to what challenges and growth opportunities the future might bring to us. To explore the topic of change at organisational and at individual level, we will use two tools: The fields of change and How do I relate to future changes. During this webinar, you will explore the relationship between the future and change, understand the phases people typically go through in the change process when confronted with something new, and learn practical ways to facilitate this process to become more future-fit. You will also reflect on how you personally relate to change and future-related challenges, and leave with clear ideas on how to apply the presented methods in your own context.

We welcome all participants that are professionals (including volunteers) in youth work or in a field related to it.
