In this Webinar, we looked into the organisational factors that support and hinder innovation in organisations. Firstly, the most important findings from the recent EAYW research on innovation were presented by Dragan Atanasov. Afterwards, we had the opportunity to listen to a presentation by Carlos Azevedo, an expert specialised in innovation management in NGOs, who helped us to become aware of what youth work organisations can learn from other professional fields about how to initiate and sustain innovation.
